Blake Gradl -  age 4 -  son of Debbie and Jerry Gradl

Was diagnosed with stage lll Burkitt's Lymphoma in January of 2010. Burkitt's Lymphoma is a rare cancer with approximately 300 cases a year in the U.S.

Blake underwent intense chemotherapy at Buffalo Women's and Children's Hospital.
